EVENING APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Associate Professor with over 20 years of clinical experience. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues. I work from a strength based relational perspective and have helped clients with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, domestic violence, child behavior problems, family/couple communication, grief, and other mental health concerns.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and families affected by traumatic events and domestic violence. I have written articles and conducted research on domestic violence and have specific training for working with couples who want to develop violence free relationships or individuals seeking to recover from violent relationships.
I offer an approach that honors your strengths and emphasizes safety. I will work with you to make sure therapy is focused on your needs, with the ultimate goal of helping you resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
