My name is Doug Rinko and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 23 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I take a strength-based approach with my clients allowing us to build on your competencies. My goal is to relieve interpersonal conflict and emotional distress by deepening self-understanding and self-determination. I am currently taking new clients (teens, adults and couples) and I will return your call within 24 business hours.
I enjoy working with couples to repair and strengthen their relationships while focusing on the healthy expression of emotional needs and improving communication. I have worked extensively with individuals, families and adolescents experiencing problems such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-destructive patterns and adjustment problems.
My office is located in the Baldwinsville Village Commons. I offer morning, daytime and evening hours for your convenience Monday through Friday. Aspen Counseling of CNY is the privately owned practice of Doug Rinko, LCSW-R.
