Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable especially if you’re someone who has already spent time reflecting on yourself, your emotions, and your relationships. I aim to create a trusting, judgment-free, and supportive environment where you are welcome to explore yourself, in ways that builds insight that leads to lasting change. Therapy can be a place to slow down, be genuinely seen, and begin to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
My hope is that through therapy, I can help you live your best life by connecting more fully with your purpose and true self. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, creative, curious and have a desire for insight and emotional depth. I offer weekly therapy in both Williston and Montpelier Vermont locations.
I offer support to individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, non-medicated ADHD, and life transitions. I primarily work in person, I offer Telehealth when appropriate and the right fit for treatment.
In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer deep regression hypnosis (QHHT) if clients are interested.
