Therapy can offer support by helping explore your inner world and emotional experiences. I offer an approach to therapy that emphasizes Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Existential techniques. My belief is that humor and connection are key aspects to therapy. I work to build a strong trusting therapeutic relationship that you feel comfortable in while still offering a perspective that encourages insight.
