Trained in many marriage and pre-marriage counseling programs over many years, I found what cracks the code to living well with self and others. I focus on what makes relationships work as well as what often hinders them. My approaches include Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Prepare / Enrich for premarital, and EMDR for individual trauma.
As a husband for 30 years having raised 6 children and serving 22 years in various military units as an Army Chaplain, I've known difficult times. I've also learned how to address them.
