I am committed to assisting my clients in achieving their potential, and although I am a practitioner of several validated effective therapies, perhaps the most important trait I bring to my clients, is to be present for them and make an effort to create an environment that promotes wellness. "EMDR" is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
My couples' therapy consists of the "Gottman Method" which uses an assessment of a couple’s relationship and research-based interventions to disarm conflicting verbal communication, and increase intimacy, respect, and affection.
As a "Brainspotting" practitioner, we use a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms.
