I assist in connecting my clients to their internal resources. My clients also present with challenges for which they have an investment to change. Change, both immediate and long-lasting, are at the heart of psychotherapy.

I was educated at the Ohio State University and I received additional clinical training at Purdue University. My interventions are client-informed and I work collaboratively with you to establish therapeutic goals. I utilize cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and multicultural approaches among others to alleviate symptoms and assist in achieving change.
