Looking for a therapist can be a daunting task in itself. You have taken the first step towards true self care! Every-day life can present us with a multitude of stressors and challenges. Therapy is a valuable way to develop abilities for coping, growth, and self-understanding. It is often a process of discovering additional ways of solving problems and of gaining new awareness about yourself and your life. Therapy is a collaborative effort requiring trust and a positive and open therapeutic relationship, with the goal of experiencing a sense of well-being, personal growth and inner peace.

I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed counseling with adolescents and young adults through middle-age. I offer a non-judgmental and encouraging environment for all. I have worked with individuals to manage depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, anger and many other mental and behavioral health struggles.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life moving forward. We will learn together how to remain in the moment while mindfully plan for the future. Remember, self care is about building a life you don't need an escape from. You are taking the right steps to get there.
