Recently returned from a sabbatical and currently accepting new clients for daytime appointments. With a passion for mind-body wellness, I am dedicated to holistically supporting and empowering my clients to achieve greater health, happiness, and wellbeing. The majority of my therapeutic work focuses on helping clients reduce their pain and suffering in order to increase feelings of tranquility, contentment, gratitude, and joy in their lives through mindfulness, greater self-awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion. My approach to therapy is compassionate, respectful, and collaborative.
I specialize in integrating psychodynamic and cognitive therapies including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and remain personally committed to practicing mindfulness through yoga and meditation. With knowledge of, and gratitude for, the abundant health benefits I warmly encourage clients to practice as well.
