I believe that therapy is a transformative experience that can increase self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-compassion. Through an open, curious, supportive partnership, we will explore and deepen your understanding of your relationships and history and how these may be impacting your life now. Our process can help you make more informed decisions about how you want to move forward in your life or help you find peace in remaining where you’re at. I offer a non-judgmental space where all thoughts, feelings, fears and desires can be explored and processed.
My specialities include working with people experiencing grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, identity issues, personality disorders, and relationship issues. I’m also interested in supporting those facing challenges regarding family dynamics, role transitions, creative blocks, dissatisfaction and regret.
Psychodynamic therapy involves deep listening, continuous questioning, and an exploration of what comes up in our dialogue. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+-affirming, anti-oppressive and anti-racist.
