I specialize in helping individuals who are facing complex situations to build resilience. I empower them to pursue their life goals, and to navigate adverse life events such as the death of a loved one, or having lost a job, a home or a relationship. You can change the course of your life and I am here to support you. I am providing telehealth services, and in-person sessions on a limited basis, to clients. I am here to support you and your family during this difficult time.
I focus on providing evidence-based interventions for adults, children, adolescents, families, students, and individuals experiencing crises of faith, depression, anxiety. I encourage individuals to utilize their personal belief systems to address the challenges that they are facing. I address the unique needs of the African-American community.
I understand your struggle, and I know how to help you to be successful in overcoming whatever you are facing. I am a seminary trained Minister in addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 30 years of Pastoral Care and Counseling experience. I provide counseling based upon spiritual principles for those who are seeking it.
