About
Are you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to go from here? You’ve taken the first step by researching the best person to guide you through your journey of self-discovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am also experienced in working with children who have Developmental Delays and those diagnosed with ASD. My focus is working with children, adolescents, and adults.
It is my goal to help people connect with their innate ability to succeed. It is important to gain an understanding of the origination of thoughts and function of individual actions. Together, we will create and work toward personal goals, self-awareness, and acceptance.
Understanding the root of individual thoughts and the impact they have on one's actions can unleash the greatest potential and create inner peace. I am in the helping profession because I genuinely care about the individuals I work with and I have a great appreciation for the ability to guide them through their journey of growth and self-actualization.
