Today is the first day of the rest of your life. If you need support and direction, why not start today? My practice is not a one size fits all. I meet clients where they are at with a positive approach and an eye on the future. We will work together to break down the barriers that inhibit emotional stability as well as foster a sense of confidence and emotional security. It is my hope to offer a comfortable and safe space that provides a non-judgemental approach so you can feel comfortable enough to be yourself. After receiving my Masters in Social work in 2009, I worked in multiple settings such as hospital, nursing home, school and addiction recovery. This intensive training gave me a unique understanding of workplace issues, life transitions and clinical challenges.
Together we can work on developing the tools and self-awareness that is needed to lead a more peaceful, fulfilling and functional life.
