In my 18 years of practice, I've had the honor for helping many couples, as well as individuals with depression, anxiety and trauma. If you repeatedly fight over the similar things and feel disconnected in your relationship, I can help you! I am trained in Gottman's Method and love to work with couples to decrease disconnection and deepen intimacy. EMDR training gives me effective tools for treating depression, anxiety and trauma. In addition, Christian faith has been an integral part of my life. I often give seminars at churches on topics of emotional management, dating, parenting and marriage. I utilize Attachment Theory to understand deeper issues of family of origin. Given the right environment, I strongly believe you can flourish and excel.
