I work with the worries, the fears, the trauma, the PTSD, the depressive symptoms, and the thoughts that go spinning through the night. Honestly, treatment is as individual as you are. So we're going to look at what happened, why it happened, and how you can move forward from there. It's completely different if I'm working with somebody who's afraid to fly, as opposed to someone who is traumatized. But what I often see happen is at first an understanding of patterns, then gradual changes in behavior, followed by a shift in mood.
