I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My approach to counseling is attachment-based, experiential, and emotion-focused. I provide empathic, safe, and non-judgmental space to clients. It is important for me to foster a sense of acceptance, self-awareness, and self-compassion. My approach to counseling is attachment-based, experiential, and emotion-focused theories.
I believe in a relational approach, which has roots in these theories and is focused on creating connections in relationships. I am also trained in EMDR- Level 1. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I treat depression, anxiety, and relational issues including other conditions.
I understand it takes courage for an individual to explore and process difficult issues. What I provide is an empathic, safe, and non-judgmental space for Individuals, Couples, and Families that allows them to process emotions and experiences in the moment.
