My coaching practice at Arizona Healing Art Services, specializes in holistic integrative strategies for stress & chronic stress. I utilize holistic transformative techniques integrating therapeutic arts with natural, somatic, & mindful based practices focused on stress reduction.
Counseling can help you process, learn skills, and monitor symptoms for improved mental health. Coaching can help you learn to integrate creative alternative methods for mind body wellness.
