A blend of holistic approaches and science combine to provide caring therapy that combines my energy with yours to focus on results. I have reintroduced Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) to my practice and now include tapping for dogs and their owners.
Holistic Mental Health Therapy is my passion. Licensed since 2003, I favor ways of working with people that honor the subconscious. These methodologies include Emotional Freedom Technique, NLP, hypnosis, neurofeedback and Rapid Resolution Therapy (the work of Dr. Jon Connelly). My focus is to liberate your mind and go where you are joyful!
Making sense of what is happening in the world, the neighborhood, the family and even within myself has taken on a new intensity and urgency!
