I’m a neuro-experiential therapist, which means we work from the “bottom up”—with your nervous system, not just your thoughts. I draw on somatic, energy psychology, hypnotherapy, and memory reconsolidation to help your system actually release what it’s been holding. I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy and Coherence Therapy.
