I consider myself a holistic therapist with an emphasis on neuro-experiential techniques. I incorporate "bottom up" practices including brainspotting, somatic processing, energy psychology, and hypnotherapy. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy.
