My education is specific in dealing with martial issues, family and systemic change even within the individual. I have worked with an array of individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds and know that we all have the same basic wisdoms and strategies to evoke change and growth as it applies to our life’s journey. I am knowledgeable and comfortable to walk with you through yours.

My passion runs deep for the field of therapy, I work from a Narrative lens of therapy which refers to the therapist viewing your whole life story and helping to create your meaning as we deduct and reconstruct your wants and goals in your life story.

I give empathy & compassion when needed, but I also give tough love to my clients when needed to push them to growth.
