My focus is with teens and adults who have experienced trauma such as domestic violence, physical and emotional abuse, abandonment, grief/loss, PTSD, as well as those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, mood disorders, and codependency. I also work with clients seeking guidance as they make major life transitions. I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced homelessness and have been in the foster care system. With more than 25 years of experience, I will help you identify the root causes of issues, and to develop effective strategies to take charge and have the life you deserve.
My approach is integrative and solution-focused addressing mind, body, and energy/spirit of each individual .I use a variety of approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training Resolving past and current issues is a first step in developing a healthy mindset and frees one up toward achieving personal goals.
We all go through challenging times and don't have to go through it alone!
