I approach psychotherapy treatment with an underlying goal to assist individuals and couples in relieving distress and suffering, while discovering deeper, more fulfilling meaning in their lives. I strive to equip clients with the psychological, emotional, and relational skills and tools that will empower them to reach their personal and relationship goals. My goal is for individuals and couples to leave treatment feeling a sense of integrity, clarity, strength, pride, and confidence within themselves and in their relationships with others.

I have experience treating individuals and couples across a variety of domains including depression/anxiety, trauma, identity, relational issues, perinatal mental-health, pre-marital and pre-conception couple's therapy, sex therapy, sexual dysfunction, and infidelity/sex addiction recovery.
