My target population include adolescents, couples, siblings and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, transitional issues,relationship issues, separation, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I have provided support to military families since 2010.
My primary treatment modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
CBT is commonly used to treat a wide range of disorders, including phobias, addiction, depression and anxiety. The benefit of this treatment focus is to help individuals understand they can change the way they think, to feel and act better, even if the situation does not change.
