I tend to work well with people who are often holding it all together for themselves & everyone else, sometimes with duct tape and a smile. Many of my clients are used to carrying a lot for others while struggling quietly themselves. You may be dealing with anxiety, burnout, low self-confidence, depression, trauma, or season of life that's left you feeling stuck. You’re not looking for sugarcoating. You want honesty, kindness, and someone who will show up and work alongside you. You don’t have to have the perfect words to start therapy. I offer honesty, warmth, and a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself
I work with adults ages 18–60, and my approach is collaborative, culturally affirming, and flexible, shaped by what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all formula. I draw on EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy, DBT, and other evidence-based methods, and I bring humor and directness when it fits.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together, you’re not alone. It makes sense that things feel heavy sometimes.
