I’m trained psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and mind-body approaches to healing, I am able to be flexible in my approached to working with you and offer you the most effective treatments available.
I take an integrative and relational approach to my practice and offer a safe space for exploring life changes, including grief and loss, anxiety, stress, workplace issues, trauma and depression.
