Starting therapy is not an easy choice but, living in our fears will ultimately just leave us feeling stuck. I believe we all have a warrior inside of us that can get us through anything life has to offer and I would like to be a part of the process in your discovery of this internal strength.
As your therapist, I will provide an environment that is safe, compassionate, supportive and encouraging for exploring new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.
As a certified EMDR therapist I assist clients in processing through feelings and symptoms related to traumas or negative experiences that impact your life today. As a couples therapist, my goal will be to help you gain an understanding of yourself, each other and the patterns of your relationship in an effort to rediscover and deepen your connection.
The treatment I provide is individualized to the person or couple I am working with. Because change is constant, we each go through phases of challenges and peace, and my attention will be on supporting you and/or your family in riding through these phases rather than resisting and struggling.
