Sessions are available at my private office, your office, home, and/or an agreed upon location where you feel most comfortable. Telephone sessions are also available. I will provide a non-judgmental, safe, compassionate time together and you provide the willingness to become truly peaceful and happy. Various modalities are incorporated to provide you with the best solution for you.
My specialty is to meet the client where the client is and help navigate to where they would like to be. We will identify challenges and issues and incorporate interventions. The practice is solution based and goal oriented. Various methods of interventions are utilized to best suite the client(s).

Insights Support Group
Monday nights from 7-8pm. Our focus is directed to a positive, healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the group members can say as much or as little as they feel comfortable sharing about their compulsive behavior(s) such as substance abuse (alcohol and drugs), shopping, eating, dependency on others, etc. Confidentiliaty is required.
