As a former lawyer turned psychotherapist, I know what it's like to look fine from the outside while something underneath doesn't match the life you've built. Much of my work is with high-achieving professionals, people whose relationships keep ending up in the same place, and survivors of trauma who've held onto it alone for years. You might have reached the milestones you worked toward and still feel anxious, empty, or disconnected. Often this traces back to early experiences that shaped how you learned to relate, cope, and protect yourself.

In our work together, we slow down enough to understand what's underneath, in your history, your relationships, and your body, so that change can actually last. My approach is psychodynamic and somatic, and I integrate IFS (parts work), EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.

I also work with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, including male survivors, and lead a weekly group for male survivors. I see individuals, couples, and teens in Midtown NYC and online across NY and FL, and my work is LGBTQ+ affirming. This in-person group is for male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Survivors may carry feelings of shame, fear, anger, numbness, or isolation. The group offers a safe, confidential space to share experiences and connect with others who understand. Through a steady, trust-building process, members can move toward greater vulnerability, emotional presence, and healing. Participants must also be in individual therapy with a licensed provider. All AMAB individuals are welcome. If you're unsure whether you're ready, that’s okay. Reach out for a consultation to see if this group may be a good fit.
