Dorie I Weiss's Groups
Virtual Teen Girls Group
As we navigate the unchartered waters of stay-at-home orders and school closures, it is normal to feel a wide range of emotions, including, but not limited to, anxiety. This virtual therapy group will provide a space for adolescents to process their anxiety, connect with peers struggling with similar feelings, and to learn various skills to manage the anxiety they may be experiencing right now. This group is open and ongoing, and participants are older adolescents who identify as female.
