As a master’s level psychologist specializing in adult individual therapy, I strive to assist others who seek to find balance in life’s challenges involving work, school, jobs and/or family. Many clients have a history of anxiety, depression and/or ADHD. Others may be looking for guidance in managing daily stress and relationships. Some just want to explore ways to live a joyful life. I also continue to provide psychological and educational testing services for children ages 4-8 years of age, assessing for developmental issues, learning difficulties, attention disorders and a wide range of mental health conditions.
I incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques along with a strong working relationship built on respect, listening and seeking to understand. I like to help clients explore attachment-styles and emotional patterns that may be contributing to low mood or dissatisfaction in life. Identifying & building on strengths clients bring to therapy gets us started.
