Are you experiencing panic or anxiety symptoms? I got you with treatments that work! If you’re dealing with depression, mood issues, impostor syndrome or self esteem issues, feel misunderstood or that you don't fit in, let me help you process and learn the tools needed to lean into your most authentic self. I embrace all things creative and infuse this into my work, and use methods such as CPT, BSP, EMDR, and Trauma-Focused Yoga.
I take an evidence-based yet holistic approach to therapy. I am here to be that non-judgmental presence that listens and witnesses your story, teaches you tools to succeed at each stage of your journey, and roots for you as you make positive life changes. I am here to empower you, encourage you, and most importantly, meet you where you're at.
