My approach is psychodynamic, using the therapy relationship to hold what can be too much to face alone. As a writer, I see a powerful healing capacity in our innate creativity and attempts to put words to anger, fear, sadness, and shame. I incorporate dreams to deepen self-knowledge, discovering new possibilities that reflect who you truly are.
