At Liberation Counseling, we work with individuals, couples, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Many of our clients feel stuck but are ready for real change. We assist clients in gaining clarity, processing challenging experiences, and progressing with purpose. We are available to meet clients in Ohio either in person or online, and we accept self-pay for virtual sessions in Arizona, Louisiana, and Minnesota.

Our approach focuses on helping clients find balance, clarity, and emotional relief. We offer EMDR therapy for trauma and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the most effective approaches for couples. While I specialize in trauma and relationships, our team works together to provide care tailored to each client’s needs.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Many of our clients begin to feel uncertain but quickly experience relief once they get started.
