I am passionate about working with people who are feeling lost within themselves. I am confident in working with individuals, couples, and children who are struggling with variations of self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and relational issues. I primarily use a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT).

I approach therapy from a curious, empathetic, and collaborative standpoint.
