I work with teens and adults who are feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and frustrated. You might feel depressed, anxious, and have a lack of enjoyment in your life right now. Typically, these feelings arise from trouble in relationships with people you really care about. You are not alone, and help is available. Whatever part of your journey you find yourself in now, having a safe, confidential place to process what is happening and vent your frustrations can be very helpful in maintaining healthy and loving relationships, with others and most importantly, with yourself!
Are you spiritually depleted or navigating which beliefs fit into your belief system? Are you uncertain of where to focus your energies and time? Are you creatively stuck or feeling unconfident in your work? As an artist and someone who has deconstructed from organized religion, I understand and love working with clients who are feeling this way.
Being an artist I believe in compassionate, empathetic, creative counseling where the client and I can customize a therapeutic experience that helps them design the life they want. I believe empowerment is the most effectual place to begin any counseling journey, and I love helping people realize their full potential as a person, artist and spirit!
