The most inspiring part of being a mental health provider is taking a role in the transformation and resilience of a person’s story as they face their mental health challenges. With past and continued training and specialization in behavioral health, neuropsychology, and diagnostic care, I have been part of the healing journey for mood disorders, anxiety and panic, trauma, bereavement, neurodevelopmental disorders, social problems, special education, developmental delay, stress, infertility, family and couple relationship problems
My role as a Therapist is to offer a safe and warm environment for each client to help gain their motivation, trust, and desire to join in our therapeutic relationship. Treatment goals will be matched to meeting them where they are and moving forward towards the changes in lifestyle that they seek.
