Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting and exciting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating big life transitions and looking to create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in supporting: -Teens trying to quiet their inner critic -Young adults stepping into adulthood, exploring identity, purpose, and independence -Adults in midlife facing relationship shifts, career transitions, or a desire for deeper self-understanding -Couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or deepen connection

Many of my clients are working to build stronger boundaries, quiet their inner critic, manage anxiety, and step into a more confident version of themselves. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to grow, therapy can help reconnect with your strengths and move forward with clarity. I utilize ART (Accelerated Resolution) for clients with trauma.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and honest. I create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we can define your goals and work toward them together — with a healthy dose of humor and directness along the way. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods; I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful and support you every step of the way.
