Play is the language of childhood and I speak it fluently. Whatever situation your child is going through, we will face it together. We might be adventurers, exploring the rocky seas of emotion regulation. Perhaps we are princes and princesses trapped in a castle of loneliness, race car drivers going around on the track of ADHD, or warriors battling monsters in the dark. We might even teach a bear to use the potty.
I am passionate about working with children and families. My practice focuses on play therapy, sandtray, and the arts to help children navigate complex situations in their lives. These approaches give children a chance to tell their stories their way, so they can work through their experiences in a safe and non-threatening environment.
I have worked in a range of settings helping parents, guardians, and children through difficult times in their lives. I am here to support your unique family unit and guide you through the difficult times, so that you can regain connection, create and maintain healthy parent-child boundaries, and be ready to meet challenges together.
