I specialize in working with adults and couples living with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, symptoms of PTSD, chronic and life threatening illnesses, chronic pain, grief and loss and bereavement. I use a variety of interventions striving to find the best fit for each client and relaying on our work together to facilitate meaningful change.
In my work with couples I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model to help couples regain ability to identify and interrupt conflictual and damaging cycles and to reestablish deep emotional connection in their relationships.
