Every child and teen deserve a safe place to feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with children and adolescents ages 2 to 17 who are navigating life’s toughest challenges, including trauma, grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, adoption-related concerns, behavioral struggles, attachment disruptions, social difficulties, ADHD, ASD, and the impact of sexual abuse or assault.
In our work together, I use approaches such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Play Therapy, EMDR, and AutPlay Therapy to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. My focus is on fostering healing, emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy relationships, while also supporting families in building stronger connections.
I offer an inclusive, compassionate space where every child feels seen and valued. I honor neurodiversity, promote body positivity, and support children facing emotional or behavioral challenges and past trauma.
