I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family System/parts work, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an evidence-based practice used to relieve symptoms and heal the emotional distress that results from trauma and disturbing life experiences.
