Each 60-minute session starts with grounding, followed by guidance to help you break through barriers and move toward healing and growth.
The primary approach used in my practice is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address life's many issues and traumas.
Most sessions are 60 minute. The first 20 minutes are focused on checking-in and getting the mind and body set to work. The remaining time is centered around working on the issues that are blocking you from reaching your goals.
