I use a holistic, humanitarian, and trauma-informed approach, tailoring services to each unique client. I am EMDR trained and Level 2 trained in Gottman Method & use other evidence-based practices including attachment-focused, inner child, & parts work. My values in my work are focused on authenticity, making meaning, with an emphasis on empathy and respect.

My primary goal with each client is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship based on their unique cultural and life experiences. I enter the therapeutic journey with curiosity and strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to feel supported, empowered, while fostering healing and positive emotional growth.
