I am a Black same gender loving woman who expresses as masculine-of-center. I provide space for BIPOC women to recognize, build and maintain self-acceptance and a positive self image. Women who present as masculine of center often feel undervalued and unseen for the fullness of their multifaceted fierceness. My goal is to provide an atmosphere of validation for all women, through the reclamation of inner power thwarted by the weariness of micro-aggressions from society’s devaluation. I am committed to transform issues of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, and historical and familial trauma into the manifestation of joy.
I am empathetic and relational with a Social Justice lens. I'm Internal Family Systems Level 1 and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy trained. I intend to support the healing of the client's body, mind and spirit. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities, music, drumming and nature to support clients experiencing trauma, PTSD and Depression.
