My philosophy is centered around find balance in how we percieve ourselves and the world around us through CBT and many other forms of interventions we can develop the understanding that perfection is not possible, not does it need to be, in order to becoming best version of ourselves that we set out to be.
I am not perfect by any means, trust me. I have been on the couch and am constantly having to work on I do not have the right answers all of the time.
