I have a passion for supporting others in building healthy relationships, establishing safe boundaries, and fostering intimate connections. Often times, we struggle with overwhelming thoughts and unpleasant emotions; identifying and communicating what we need in those moments is even tougher! Here, you'll find a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we will work together to navigate the challenges you're facing. With a collaborative approach, we'll develop strategies to help you manage difficult thoughts and emotions while learning how to process and communicate with your loved ones.
I help clients navigate unpleasant emotions, build self-awareness, and work through challenges in a healthy, constructive way. By integrating EFT with other evidenced based approaches, I support individuals and couples in strengthening their connection, fostering deeper intimacy, and creating a more fulfilling relationship with themselves and each other.
When I'm not supporting my clients, I love traveling and exploring the outdoors with my partner and our pup. I believe that immersing myself in new places, connecting with different cultures, and trying new experiences fosters creativity and personal growth.
