I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) primarily in order to identify where your struggles, such as anxiety and/or depression, originate from. We will change these core beliefs into something that will alleviate the severity of your symptoms. I will also incorporate additional interventions as needed.
As we go through life, there are things that happen that cause us to have difficulties coping with life. In order to manage these difficulties, we need to identify those occurrences and restructure our way of thinking. We can then put our life in a happier and healthier direction.
