I am a therapist who is best suited in working with individuals couples and families who are experiencing life/parenting and or grief and loss issues. I also work well with the child/adolescent/teen population of today's generation. One of my specialties includes domestic violence issues. Other specialties include women's issues as well as couples transitioning into retirement stages in life. I do enjoy running self-esteem groups as well as children's art therapy groups
I have run court ordered domestic violence groups as well as working with Child Protective Service Prevention. My specialties with families include helping couples and parents to communicate effectively and maintain healthy relationships.

Womens self-esteem/ "getting unstuck"
This is a womens self-esteem group which addresses issues of depression, anxiety, parenting(at times) social difficuties and relationship issues. It is based on cognitive technigues to help individuals perform goals that are obtainable. Times to be announced

Childrens Self=Esteem/Anger management/loss
This group will meet 4 consecutive sessions weekly. It will address greif loss. parent divorce, anger mgmnt and issues relating to depression. Cost $40 per group meeting. Groups will be divided into the following age groups: 8-12 and 13-17 males and females for each age group. Please contact the clinic to sign up at 951 894-2885. Times to be announced
