The best healing happens when we develop healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Come and experience a safe place and my compassionate presence so you start your healing journey. You'll have the opportunity to explore connections with nature, horses and yourself while learning a variety of skills to manage life and relationships. Making that first step in your healing takes courage and I would be honored to be part of your story.
In 20+ years of helping clients reach their goals and make improvements in their lives, I always felt something was missing. I began to study how trauma and stress affect the brain and body; how early childhood experiences impact future relationships; and how developing a connection with your own body, nature and other living beings can lead to healing.
I want to help you grow, heal and develop safe and healthy relationships. I offer indoor and nature-based sessions with a trauma-informed approach. My passion includes helping clients build a connection between their emotions, thoughts and body with a personalized experience that can include equine-assisted therapy and trauma conscious yoga.
