Hello, I'm Donna. Growing up in the Detroit, Michigan area and living in various cities across Michigan, Ohio, and Washington State has given me a deep appreciation for the beauty of diversity. Before pursuing my true passion in mental health, I worked as an auto mechanic, painter, and crane operator in a steel mill. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience and hard work, which I bring into my therapeutic practice.

I specialize in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, life transitions, PTSD, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, and trauma. Additionally, I offer SonderMind Video Telehealth services to provide flexible and accessible care.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my two adult children and seven wonderful grandchildren. I love reading good books, taking day trips to new places, and celebrating special occasions with friends and family. And yes, I'm also a proud cat mom!
